Abstract
En la actualidad el uso de las tecnologías de información en los procesos de planificación estratégica y toma de decisiones, ha dado frutos a las organizaciones en su búsqueda y sostenimiento de la ventaja competitiva.
Integramédica Centro posee medidas de desempeño y resultados, pero no están vinculados o desarrollados en la búsqueda de objetivos comunes de la empresa, debido a la falta de comunicación de las unidades lo que conlleva al desalineamiento de los objetivos y a una restricción a promover iniciativas que mejoren los resultados de la empresa tanto de manera individual como global.
Por las razones exhibidas anteriormente, se hacia necesario reconocer la metodología a utilizar en la dirección de Integramédica Centro, se realizo un análisis entre 4 herramientas de control de gestión que apoyen de mejor manera la gestión de la empresa, Cuadro de Mando, Sistemas de Soporte a la Decisión (DSS), sistemas de Soporte a la Decisión Organizacional (ODSS) y Balanced Scorecard (BSC) (se analizan en base a las necesidades de la empresa a decisión conjunta en primera instancia con el gerente de Integramédica centro), de estas cuatro se decidió aplicar el Balanced Scorecard, debido a poseer cualidades que brindan mejores resultados para la empresa según los criterios de selección (objetivos, nivel de tomador de decisiones, alcance, componentes TI, complejidad, ventajas y desventajas) El desarrollo del BSC, en conjunto con la gerencia y dirección medica, comenzó desde la creación del mapa estratégico de la empresa (Anexo B), alineando de esa manera los objetivos planteados con la estrategia para cada una de las perspectivas del BSC, posteriormente se realiza la construcción de los indicadores que entreguen el mejor valor de cada objetivo, siendo a la vez fácil de medir, mide el valor de cada objetivo y se fijan metas, lo cual se ve reflejado en el Scorecard de Integramédica centro (Anexo B), para finalmente crear iniciativas que permiten obtener cada meta y apoya a la gestión, mejora la toma de decisiones, y los resultados de la organización.
At present the use of the technologies of information in the processes of strategic planning and in the decisions making process, has given fruits to the organizations in the search and in the maintenance of the competitive advantage of these. Integramédica Center possesses measures of performance and results, but they are not linked or developed in the search of common aims of the company, due to the lack of communication of the units what carries to the non-alignment of the aims and to a restriction to promoting initiatives that improve the results of the company so much in an individual as global way. For the reasons exhibited previously, it becomes necessary to recognize the methodology to using in Integramédica Centro's direction(address), an analysis is realized between 4 tools of management control that support in a better way the management of the company, Cuadro de Mando, Decision Support Systems (DSS), Organizacional Decision Support Sytems (ODSS) and Balanced Scorecard (BSC) (they are analyzed on the basis of the needs of the company in joint decision by the manager of Integramédica Centro), Of these four one decides to apply the Balanced Scorecard, due to possessing qualities that offer better results for the company according to the criteria of selection (aims, decision maker level, scope, components IT, complexity, advantages and disadvantages). The development of the BSC, as a whole with the management and medical direction, it began from the creation of the strategic map of the company (Annex B), aligning that way the aims raised with the strategy in each of the perspectives of the BSC, later there is realized the construction of the indicators that deliver the best value of every aim, it being simultaneously easy to measure, measures the value of every aim and goals are fixed, which is reflected in the Scorecard of Integramédica Centro (Annex B), finally to create initiatives that allow to obtain every goal and it support to the management, improves the making decisions process, and the results of the organization.
