IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE UN API PARA LA MANIPULACIÓN DE MANIFIESTOS DEL PROTOCOLO HLS DE TRANSMISIÓN DE VIDEO

Abstract

El presente trabajo, tiene por objetivo el desarrollo de una API que manipule manifiestoscorrespondientes a v´ideos de la plataforma Youtube, estos v´ideos deben ser deltipo Live Streaming. Dentro de los protocolos utilizados para transmisi´on de v´ideosen vivo, se encuentra HLS (HTTP Live Streaming), el cual fue desarrollado por AppleInc. en un comienzo, para la transmisi´on y reproducci´on en sus propios dispositivos.Esta API ser´a utilizada por la empresa AXIOVISTA en el desarrollo de sus sondade medici´on de calidad del servicio de internet de los distintos ISP que requieren desus servicios. Finalmente se crea un script de prueba en LUA, para poder realizar lasmediciones.

The present work, has for objective the development of an API that manipulatesthe products that are shown in the Youtube platform, these videos must be of theTransmission live type. Among the protocols used for the transmission of live videos,is HLS (HTTP Live Streaming), which was developed by Apple Inc. at the beginning,for transmission and playback on their own devices.This API was used by the company AXIOVISTA in the development of the probefor measuring the quality of the Internet service of the different ISPs that require theirservices. Finally, a test script is created in LUA, in order to perform the measurements.
