Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo es proponer un plan de mejora de la gestión de mantenimiento en una empresa fabricante de bolsas plásticas, que presenta una ausencia de buenas prácticas en lo que respecta al mantenimiento de sus equipos, enfocando la propuesta en las funciones básicas de la gestión que corresponden a planificar, organizar, ejecutar y controlar el mantenimiento.The objective of this work is to propose a maintenance management improvement plan for a plastic bag manufacturing company that is currently not operating with the best practices regarding the maintenance of the equipment and machinery.
