Abstract
Se realiza un análisis de los datos disponibles en el año 2014, para determinar qué productos tienen mayor valor agregado mediante el Principio de Pareto, el cual, indica que las mejoras deben implementarse en el 20% de los productos que generan el 80% de los recursos. A comienzo del año 2015, se realiza un levantamiento de los procesos a estos productos, se analiza y se propone mejoras, las que se implementan junto con registros que permitan recopilar información productiva del año. De acuerdo a esta información de producción, es posible hacer una comparación de productividad económica y física entre los años 2014 y 2015.Se puede indicar que hubo una mejora en la productividad, derivadas de la implementación de mejoras en los procesos. Sin embargo, la empresa no mejoró su resultado, debido a que hay productos que no fueron sometidos a mejoras, existe un producto que tuvo mejoras de productividad, pero por variables no controladas por el área, como el precio de los insumos y el valor de venta, el resultado fue negativo. En base a los resultados, se recomienda a la gerencia de la empresa funcionar solo con la sucursal de Santiago, dejar de producir algunos productos, implementar procedimientos en todas las aéreas, hacer una reducción de gastos generales y mano de obra indirecta. Considerando que se mantendrá la venta de los productos igual al año 2015, la empresa debería tener utilidades de un 41% en el año 2016.
An analysis of the data available in 2014, to determine which products have higher value added by the Pareto Principle, which indicate that improvements should be implemented in 20% of the products that generate 80% of the resources . At the beginning of 2015, a survey process to these products is carried out, analyzed and improvements are proposed, in which are implemented with production records to collect information for the year. According to this production information, it is possible to make a comparison of economic and physical productivity between 2014 and 2015.It may indicate that there was an improvement in productivity resulting from the implementation of process improvements. However, the company improved its result because products were not subjected to improvements, such named product that had productivity improvements, but variables not controlled by the area, such as input prices, the sales value of said result was negative. Based on the results; it is recommended to management of the company to operate only with the branch of Santiago, stop producing some products, and implement procedures in all areas to reduce overhead and indirect labor. Whereas the sale of products equal to 2015 will be maintained, the company should have profits from 41% in 2016.
