Abstract
Una idea de emprendimiento nación a partir de la observación del medio, donde se descubrió que las personas no siempre compran barquillos en cono de helado y si lo hacen no se lo comen; además los conos de helado tienen un sabor bastante estándar, donde sólo el sabor del helado varía. Entonces surgió la interrogante si a los consumidores de helado les gustaría probar sabores nuevos de cono y modificaciones como sus ingredientes y propiedades. Resultó que la idea de probar conos de sabores les atrajo.El mercado objetivo, a quienes enfocar el nuevo producto en etapas tempranas, serán los clústeres Culposo e Indeciso, por su costumbre de consumir helados y la tendencia a probar nuevos productos, introduciendo los nuevos sabores de cono.Los clústeres Motivado y Esforzado, por sus características de hábitos de salud y consumo, serán el mercado objetivo para las modificaciones de características tales como ingredientes.En la evaluación económica resultó que el proyecto es viable y requiere una inversión inicial de $28.232.799, recuperable en un año, con VAN al final del quinto año del horizonte de evaluación de $294.969.799.

The target market, to which focus the new product in the early stages, will be the clusters Wrongful e Undecided, due to its habit of consuming ice cream and the tendency to try new products, introducing the new cone flavors. The Motivated and Enforced clusters, due to their characteristics of health and consumption habits, will be the target market for the modifications of characteristics such as ingredients. In the economic evaluation it turned out that the project is viable and requires an initial investment of $ 28,232,799, recoverable in one year, with NPV at the end of the fifth year of the evaluation horizon of $ 294,969,799.
