Abstract
Esta memoria aborda el problema de Recolección de Leche mediante técnicas metaheurísࢢcas. Este problema consiste en una planta de producción que requiere un mínimo de recursos para su operación diaria. La planta cuenta con una flota de camiones recolectores para visitar granjas productoras de leche, que se encuentran dispersas en una gran área geográfica. En esta memoria se proponen varias técnicas metaheurísࢢcas que permiten maximizar la diferencia del costo de transporte y el beneficio obtenido en el proceso recolección de leche con selección y mezcla. Los resultados obtenidos son prometedores, al analizar la robustez de la técnica propuesta con instancias de hasta 500 granjas productoras, se obtuvieron nuevos valores máximos con ࢢempos de ejecución menores a un segundo.
This thesis addresses the problem of Milk Collecࢢon through metaheurisࢢc techniques. This problem consists of a producࢢon plant that requires a minimum of resources for its daily operaࢢon. The plant has a fleet of collecࢢon trucks to visit dairy farms, which are sca ered over a large geographic area. In this thesis, metaheurisࢢc techniques are proposed that allow maximizing the difference in transportaࢢon cost and the income obtained in the milk collecࢢon process with selecࢢon and blending.
