Abstract
En las empresas que prestan servicios de financiamiento, la evaluación de créditoes el proceso que se aplica a un cliente para establecer el otorgamiento de unpréstamo, y en el caso que se otorgue, el monto y el tiempo de pago. Actualmenteeste proceso tiene varias falencias en la obtención de información sobre losclientes, el tiempo que demora la obtención, la verificación de la información y elrespaldo. En el caso de información tributaria derivada de formularios de declaración de impuesto se produce un cuello de botella importante al tener que realizarestas actividades de forma manual. Diversas herramientas informáticas existenpara apoyar la labor de evaluación de crédito, sin embargo la mayoría solo logranatacar parcialmente los problemas detectados.Se diseñó e implementó una aplicación web a medida capaz de funcionar comoun sistema administrador de información financiera. Este software automatiza laobtención de datos sobre clientes, automatiza su verficación, calcula informaciónderivada y es un concentrador de datos para su consulta posterior. Esto lo lograintegrándose con Web Services. Además protege la propiedad de los datos parala empresa que los ingresa, permite auditar a los usuario del sistema sobre lasactividades que realizan y también restringe lo que pueden hacer mediante perfiles.En las pruebas realizadas sobre obtención y verificación de datos de origentributario se redujeron los tiempos a menos de 1 minuto lo cual supone una mejorasustancial con respecto a la forma manual que puede demorar varios minutos,demostrando la eficiencia del sistema. Por otro lado, el cálculo de informaciónderivada, si bien es igual de eficiente, puede no ser avalado por los analistas alutilizarse formulas estándar para los cálculos. Finalmente, dado que es una aplicación web, se requiere una infraestructura de red adecuada para su funcionamientooptimo y seguro lo cual no se aborda en este trabajo.
In companies that provide financial services, credit evaluation is the processthat client must go through to become eligible for a loan, and if it is granted, theamount and term of the payment. Currently this process has several shortcomingsin obtaining customer information, the time it takes the obtaining, the verificationof information and backup of data. Information derived from tax return forms produces a major bottleneck by having to perform these activities manually. Several tools exist to support credit evaluation but most succeed only partially addressing the problems detected.A web application was designed and implemented capable of functioning asa manager financial reporting system. This software automates the collection ofdata on customers, automates verification, calculates derived information and is adata hub for later reference. It does this by integrating with Web Services. It alsoprotects the property of data, allow to audit users of the system on their activitiesand restrict what they can do by using profiles.Tests realized on obtaining and verifying tax data took less than 1 minutewhich is a substantial improvement over the manual way which can take severalminutes, demonstrating the efficiency of this system. On other hand, the calculationof derived information, although it is equally efficient, might be not supportedby analysts because there were used standard formulas for the calculations.Finally, since it is a web application, an appropriate network infrastructure foroptimal and safe operation is required which is not addressed in this paper.
