ANÁLISIS DE LA POTENCIALIDAD DE IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE UNA CICLOVÍA EN LA COMUNA DE PEÑALOLÉN EN EL EJE DE AV. TOBALABA, A TRAVÉS DEL DESARROLLO DE LA METODOLOGÍA PARA LA FORMULACIÓN Y EVALUACIÓN DE CICLO RUTAS EXPUESTA POR EL MINISTERIO DE DESARROLLO SOCIAL

Abstract

El presente estudio busca analizar y evaluar la factibilidad de implementar una Ciclovía en la comuna de Peñalolén, más precisamente en el eje de Av. Tobalaba. Para desarrollar esta labor se utiliza de base la Metodología para la Formulación y Evaluación de Ciclo-Rutas expuesta por el Ministerio de Desarrollo Regional, para que finalmente se pueda concursar por el Fondo de Desarrollo Regional y poder así obtener los recursos para implementar la Ciclovía. Primeramente se procede a realizar un estudio de la zona de influencia, para posteriormente determinar la demanda y así realizar el análisis y evaluación correspondiente. Se realiza no solo un estudio cuantitativo en la evaluación , sino también uno cualitativo. Además se recomienda no solo obtener los beneficios estipulados en la Metodología , sino también aquellos correspondientes a la salud, contaminación ambiental, reducción de uso de combustible.

This study seeks to analyze and assess the feasibility of implementing a Ciclovía in Peñalolén, more precisely in the axis of Av. Tobalaba. To develop this work is based on the methodology used for the formulation and evaluation cycle routes set out by the Ministry of Regional Development, to finally can compete for the Regional Development Fund and thus implement the Ciclovía. First we proceed to conduct a study of the area of influence, so that later the demand is determined and so do the corresponding analysis and evaluation. A quantitative study is performed not only in the evaluation, but also a qualitative one. It is also recommended not only get the benefits stipulated in the methodology, but also those related to health, environmental pollution, reducing fuel use.
