dc.description.abstractThe aim of this work is to register a map of insecure areas of the cities using a smartphone accomplishing that the citizenship make good use of this information been able to take the necessary safeguard actions. Likewise, its objective is to attract future customers for whom this information is useful, such as security agencies, retail chains, construction companies as well as state entities who must ensure the security of the population. The novelty of the project is to develop a fast and ecient tool available for users who own a smartphones, taking full advantage of this technology to enhance their security. For the development of this project was implement a Client- Server architecture system. These two modules are: a client application on the Android device, responsible for capturing and sending criminal reports, with their geographic coordinates; and a web server, responsible for storing and processing information on geographical position of the various crimes. The application connects to Google Maps to download maps, and marks on them the position of the latter oenses reported by users of the system. The development of this work was carried out through the Memo- rias Multidisciplinarias training program for systematic and sustainable development of products linked to technology innovation.eng
dc.description.abstractEl objetivo de este trabajo, es que mediante una aplicacion movil, se registre un mapa de las zonas inseguras de las ciudades, logrando que la ciudadana pueda hacer uso de esta informacion y tomar los resguardos necesarios. As como tambien, tiene por objetivo interesar a futuros clientes, a los cuales sea de utilidad esta informacion, como lo son las empresas de seguridad, cadenas comerciales, las constructoras y organismos del estado, que deben velar por la seguridad social. La innovacion del proyecto es desarrollar una herramienta de reporte delictivo rapida y e ciente, disponible para los usuarios que posean un smartphone, aprovechando al maximo esta tecnologa para potenciar su seguridad. Para el desarrollo de este proyecto se implemento un sistema de arquitectura Cliente-Servidor. Estos dos modulos son: una aplicacion cliente en el equipo Android, encargada de capturar y enviar los reportes delictivos, con sus coordenadas geogra cas; y un servidor web, encargado de almacenar y procesar la informacion de posicion geogra ca de los distintos delitos. La aplicacion se conecta a Google Maps para descargar los mapas, y marcar sobre ellos la posicion de los ultimos delitos reportados por los usuarios del sistema. El desarrollo de este trabajo se llevo a cabo a traves del programa de Memorias Multidisciplinarias, de la UTFSM en su primera version; este programa tiene por objetivo la creacion sistematica y sustentable de productos de innovacion y emprendimientos en equipos de estudiantes de distintas carreras.es_CL
