Abstract

The program was used in 5 real meshes and three versions were compared, one using only the original patterns, one with all patterns, and one with no pattern applied. Thus, it can be observed in what proportion the number of nodes decreased, which was significant. The proposed work allows the generation of good geometric meshes, but with fewer nodes, reducing time processing to be used in computer simulations, as force application or heat transfer.
