Abstract
El presente trabajo aborda el diseño de la experiencia de usuario (UX) para el portal de empleos de corto plazo orientado a estudiantes de pregrado en Chile. El objetivo principal fue crear un sistema intuitivo, accesible y visualmente atractivo que respondiera a las necesidades de los estudiantes, permitiéndoles generar ingresos sin interferir con sus responsabilidades académicas. Para ello, se aplicaron metodologías centradas en el usuario, incluyendo la investigación de necesidades reales, el análisis de plataformas comparables y la implementación de principios de usabilidad como las heurísticas de Nielsen [IDF23]. El desarrollo de prototipos interactivos de Figma, junto con pruebas de usabilidad, permitió validar decisiones de diseño clave, mejorando la navegabilidad, claridad de información y eficiencia de interacción.
This paper presents the user experience (UX) design of a short-term job portal aimed at undergraduate students in Chile. The main goal was to create an intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing platform that meets students' needs by allowing them to earn income without interfering with their academic responsibilities. The project team applied user-centered methodologies, including research, analysis of comparable platforms, and the implementation of usability principles such as Nielsen's heuristics. The development of interactive prototypes in Figma, along with usability testing, supported the validation of key design decisions, improving navigation, information clarity, and interaction efficiency.
