Abstract
Este trabajo tiene coma flna]idad documentar con ci mayor nivel de detalle la conslrucción de
un software web que consiste en una herramienta tecnológica de apoyo a la gestion de
liquidación de siniestros vehiculares. Este fué un proceso bastante compiejo en donde se
enfrentaron diversas acti vidades tales como: levantamiento de requeriniientos. análisis,
codificación, control de calidad y una gran cantidad de iteraciones para ilegar finalmente a an
producto estabie. En términos de tiempos de implementación, ci proyecto estaba estimado
inicialniente para 12 meses, sin embargo. se ilegó al objetivo luego de 18.
Este proyecto fue desarrollado en Ia empresa Prosys Ingenierfa a quién Ic fue enconiendada la
tarea. La empresa cliente LIA Chile. que es una empresa de liquidacion de siniestros
vehiculares, ya era cliente de Prosys Ingenierfa lo cual ayudó a estahiecer rápidamente las
comunicaciones y pianificaciones iniciales.
Dado que el financiamiento del proyecto siempre fue un Item a optimizar, se utilizaron
tecnologIas de iihre acceso LAMP. para aharatar costos de licencias, con un sistema
operativo Linux. un motor de base de datos MYSQL y lenguaje de programación PHP.
utilizando como base ci Framework web de tipo modelo-vista-controlador de la empresa
Prosys Ingenierfa que gracias at conocirniento y depuración del mismo ahorró trabajo y
tiempo. Para enfrentar este desaflo se definieron estrategias y metodologias compuestas por
procesos y procedimientos ya adquiridos en Ia empresa Prosys Ingenierfa y por la
metodologia ágil de desarrollo hasada en SCRUM.
This project seeks to document in great detail the process of a software construction, software which consists in a technological tool that supports vehicles settlement of claims management. The process was a very complex one, having to face a large number of tasks, such as: requirements gathering, analysis, coding, quality assurance and a great number of iterations in order to get a stable, safe and good quality product. In terms of implementation length of tinie, it was initially estimated in 12 months, but the target was reached after 18 months. The project was developed in Prosys Ingenierfa which was entrusted with the task. The client company. LIA Chile. which is a vehicles settlement of ciainis, was an old Prosys Ingenierfa client: this helped to stablished faster initial communication and planning. Since project funding was always an item we needed to optimize free access LAMP technologies were used to lower licensing costs; it also consists of a Linux operating system. a MYSQL database engine and a PHP programming language. with the Framework web controller-view-model, created by Prosys Ingenierfa, used as a basis and thanks to the company's knowledge and polishing of the same. time and work were saved. To be able to face this challenge strategies and methodologies were defined, composed by procedures and processes already acquire in Prosys IngenierIa. and by the agile development methodology based in SCRUM.
