Abstract

Este trabajo de memoria, busca diseñar un modelo de gestión de inventario, que permita a la Importadora de repuestos TRUCK mantener el alto crecimiento que ha mostrado hasta el momento buscando e implementando herramientas y procesos, que permitan mejorar la manera en la que actualmente trabaja, orientado principalmente al manejo de su inventario.Al ser la Importadora de Repuestos TRUCK una empresa especializada en la venta de repuestos para camiones, el manejo del stock es parte fundamental en sus procesos de negocios.Gracias al estudio e investigación, realizada en torno a la actualidad de la gestión de inventarios, se logró encontrar un modelo que ya se ha implementado con éxito en organizaciones comerciales y de servicio, tanto en inventarios de alto número de productos como en otros con menor variedad.El mecanismo propuesto busca, al mínimo costo de implementación, un alto beneficio, que mejorara el control del stock de repuestos disponibles para la venta, además de aportar los conocimiento para realizar pedidos eficientes además determinar cuáles son los productos que mayor beneficio produce a la Importado de Repuestos TRUCK.La aplicación de este modelo involucra el menor costo de stock calculados por el método de Holt-Winters y por otra parte busca mantener el más alto nivel de servicio ante la necesidad de un artículo o repuesto utilizando la diferenciación de nivel de servicio por clasificación ABC.This work of memory, seeks to design an inventory management model, which allows the "TRUCK Spare Parts Importer" to maintain the high growth it has shown up to the moment searching and implementing tools and processes, that allow to improve the way in which currently Works, mainly oriented to the management of its inventory.Being the “TRUCK Spare Parts Importer” a company specialized in the sale of spare parts for TRUCKs. Stock management is a fundamental part of your business processes.Thanks to the study and research, carried out around the present of the inventory management, it was possible to find a model that has already been successfully implemented in commercial and service organizations, both in inventories of high number of products and in others with smaller variety.The proposed mechanism seeks at a minimum cost of implementation a high benefit, which will improve the control of the stock of spare parts available for sale, as well as providing the knowledge to make efficient orders in addition to determining which are the products that greatest benefit to the “TRUCK Spare Parts Importer”.The application of this model involves the lowest cost of stock calculated by the method of Holt-Winters and on the other hand seeks to maintain the highest level of service in view of the need for an item or replacement using the service level differentiation by ABC classification.
