SISTEMA DE ASIGNACIÓN AUTOMÁTICA DE TURNOS CON TÉCNICAS DE OPTIMIZACIÓN

Abstract

El presente trabajo ene como obje vo automa zar la planificación de turnos semanales en una empresa de informá ca, u lizando algoritmos de op mización y un sistema web para la visualización de datos. De los algoritmos u lizados, Greedy Algorithm obtuvo el mejor desempeño en relación a calidad/ empo. Al término de este trabajo, se espera reducir los empos u lizados en planificación de turnos con el fin de des nar esas horas de trabajo a tareas que requieran ser atendidas por una persona. El sistema web, desarrollado con el Framework Laravel, tuvo un proceso itera vo en donde se presentaban sus funcionalidades y se modificaban o cerraban según la retroalimentación de los usuarios del sistema, los que finalmente validaron como correctos los resultados del algoritmo que el sistema interpreta.

The goal of this work is to automate the scheduling of weekly shi s within a technology company, using op miza on algorithms and a web system that will be used to visualize the data. From the algorithms developed in this work, Greedy Algorithm had a greater performance in rela on to quality/ me. At the end of this work, it is expected to have reduced the me used in the process of scheduling shi s in order to use that me in other assignments which required an actual person. The web system, developed using the Framework Laravel, had an itera ve process, during which the func onali es were shown, then modified or closed according to the feedback from the final users of the system, who, at the end, considered the algorithm’s results that the web system translate as correct.
