Abstract
En esta problemática, se realiza una mejora de gestión, basada en la metodología Seis Sigma para la empresa Enviro en el rubro de bicicletas y motocicletas eléctricas, se realizará un estudio de las variables que significan alrededor del 80 % de las fallas totales y de los costos totales de falla, lo que significa que un porcentaje no menor de los costos de calidad de $24.203.392 que significan un porcentaje no despreciable de los costos directos. Además, de un alto costo con respecto a las fallas, de $5.858.300, dado esto el proyecto seis sigma tiene como objetivo disminuir las fallas. Mediante las herramientas Seis Sigma, es desarrollado el caso aplicado, en el cual, son determinados los diferentes síntomas o problemas de las bicicletas y motos eléctricas. Para luego, encontrar las causas raíces de las fallas que afectan a las bicicletas y motocicletas eléctricas, estas causas son fallas en los distintos componentes siguientes:Controlador, dpmo = 787Cargador, dpmo = 2.968Baterías, dpmo = 6.366Motor, dpmo = 2.717Este estudio está realizado enfocado en el ciclo de mejora continua DMAIC, a continuación se explica el desarrollo de este ciclo: La etapa de definir es clave en el desarrollo, para resolver de forma satisfactoria la problemática del trabajo, es por esto que se desarrollan las herramientas Seis Sigma, encontrando varios aspectos relevantes como cantidad de fallas, costos de fallas y otros aspectos críticos. En la etapa de medir, es necesario monitorear las fallas y desarrollar las herramientas Seis Sigma con respecto a los componentes del sistema que son el cargador, el controlador, las baterías y el motor. La etapa de análisis se enfoca en encontrar las causas raíces de las fallas de las motos y bicicletas eléctricas, mediante un análisis en profundidad de los factores y las fallas que afectan los subcomponentes críticos mediante herramientas Seis Sigma referidas a esta etapa. Electrónica de potencia, baterías calidad, otros. En instancias finales, se desarrolla un análisis de costos de mejoras y estimación de resultados, para la etapa de mejora. En el caso de la etapa de control, se realiza el monitoreo de los indicadores críticos Seis Sigma, dado esto se concluye acerca de los parámetros de falla de los componentes, como también acerca del diseño y confiabilidad de estos. Finalmente los ahorros estimados son $ 6.864.935.
