Abstract
El aprendizaje culinario en el ámbito doméstico suele verse limitado por la falta de una guía estructurada y la ausencia de retroalimentación inmediata, lo que dificulta la adquisición efectiva de nuevas habilidades a través de métodos tradicionales. Esta memoria presenta el diseño y desarrollo del frontend de Shefu, una aplicación móvil orientada a transformar la enseñanza de la cocina mediante una experiencia interactiva y gamificada. El objetivo principal consistió en implementar una interfaz de usuario que facilite un flujo pedagógico intuitivo, permitiendo al usuario avanzar de manera progresiva y motivada en su proceso de aprendizaje. Para el desarrollo de la solución, se utilizó el framework multiplataforma Flutter, lo que permitió crear una interfaz de alto rendimiento con una arquitectura modular y un diseño centrado en la experiencia del usuario (UX). La propuesta integra dinámicas de juego, tales como sistemas de niveles, insignias y clasificaciones, diseñadas para fomentar el compromiso y la permanencia del usuario. La metodología de validación se centró en evaluar la usabilidad de la herramienta y la percepción de los usuarios finales respecto a la claridad de las instrucciones y la fluidez de la navegación. Los resultados obtenidos a partir de las pruebas con usuarios demuestran un alto nivel de aceptación, destacando la facilidad de uso del sistema y la efectividad del acompañamiento paso a paso durante la elaboración de preparaciones culinarias. Se concluye que el desarrollo de un frontend bajo principios de gamificación y un diseño visual coherente constituye una solución técnica factible y pedagógicamente valiosa. El proyecto valida que una interfaz intuitiva desarrollada con tecnologías modernas actúa como un facilitador crítico en la mediación de tareas prácticas, potenciando el aprendizaje autónomo en entornos cotidianos.
Culinary learning in domestic environments is often limited by the lack of structured guidance and the absence of immediate feedback, which hinders the effective acquisition of new skills through traditional methods. This thesis presents the design and development of the Shefu frontend, a mobile application aimed at transforming culinary education through an interactive and gamified experience. The main objective was to implement a user interface that facilitates an intuitive pedagogical flow, allowing users to progress through their learning process in a progressive and motivated manner. To develop this solution, the Flutter multiplatform framework was utilized, enabling the creation of a high-performance interface with a modular architecture and user experience (UX) focused design. The proposal integrates game dynamics, such as level systems, badges, and rankings, designed to foster user engagement and retention. The validation methodology focused on evaluating the tool’s usability and the end-users’ perception regarding the clarity of instructions and navigation fluidity. The results obtained from user testing demonstrate a high level of acceptance, highlighting the system’s ease of use and the effectiveness of the step-by-step guidance during meal preparation. It is concluded that the development of a structured frontend under gamification principles and a coherent visual design constitutes a technically feasible and pedagogically valuable solution. The project validates that an intuitive interface developed with modern technologies acts as a critical facilitator in mediating practical tasks, enhancing autonomous learning in everyday environments.
