Abstract
Una empresa de transportes con origen familiar busca posicionarse en el mercado profesionalizando su gestión para atender a las necesidades de los clientes y estar en armonía con los diferentes actores que participan directa o indirectamente de su negocio, por ello se propone contar con una certificación en un sistema de gestión integrado basado en las Normas ISO 9001,14001 y 45001 permitiéndoles de esta forma aumentar su competitividad acuerdo con los requerimientos del cliente gestionando de mejor manera las diferentes expectativas y recursos involucrados para el éxito del negocio.
Dentro del desarrollo de este trabajo de título se busca entregar una propuesta con las bases necesarias para superar el estado inicial en el que se encuentra el departamento de mantenimiento de la compañía y encaminar la propuesta de implementación del SGI hacia una fase de preauditoria del área en cuestión (es recomendable replicar el análisis hecho en este informe en otras áreas del negocio). En primer lugar, es necesario realizar un levantamiento del estado actual de la compañía, estudiar las normas ISO para luego encontrar las brechas que han de ser superadas con propuestas de mejora que serán entregadas en un plan de implementación con su respectivos costos y recursos necesarios.
Dentro de las propuestas de mejora más importantes que se remarcan a lo largo del informe se encuentran construir la declaración de la plataforma filosófica de la empresa, es decir explicitar la misión, visión y objetivos de manera organizacional como aquel hito que marca la transformación de la empresa familiar a una empresa de carácter profesional, revisar y analizar los riesgos asociados a los procedimientos de mantenimiento alineando los objetivos teniendo en cuenta las expectativas de los interesados y los clientes internos
