dc.description.abstractEste documento tiene la finalidad de dar a conocer el proceso mediante el cual, el vehículo eléctrico LRS VIlTI fue preparado e ingresado a homologación de vehículos motorizados (categoría de motocicletas de 3 y 4 ruedas) en el laboratorio Centro de Certificación y Control Vehicular, 3CV de la Subsecretaría de Transportes, perteneciente al Ministerio de Transportes y Telecomunicaciones; así como también generar una propuesta de cambio en la normativa, en torno a los principales problemas detectados relacionados principalmente con la tecnología eléctrica. Para poder llevar a cabo el procedimiento de homologación fue necesario recopilar información bibliográfica con respecto a la normativa existente, tanto a nivel a nacional como internacional. Como metodología se utilizó la experiencia de expertos en el tema de homologación nacional e internacional, se preparó e hicieron cambios técnicos al vehículo prototipo LRS VILTI y se determinó la normativa a utilizar para seguir el proceso. En la sección de resultados, se detalla el procedimiento detectado donde se dan a conocer los hechos ocurridos durante el proceso, los cambios realizados en la configuración original del vehículo prototipo, exigidos por el proceso y las propuestas de mejora a la normativa que faciliten el proceso para vehículos de tecnología eléctrica. Finalmente, encontraran las conclusiones generales y específicas de todo el trabajo realizado y recomendaciones para quienes deseen hacer un seguimiento y futuras actualizaciones al proceso.es_CL
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this document is to inform you about the process by which, the electric vehicle LRS VIlTI was prepared and entered into the approval of motorized vehicles (category of motorcycles of 3 and 4 wheels) in the Vehicle Certification and Control Center, 3CV laboratory, of the Undersecretariat of Transport, belonging to the Ministry of Transport and Telecommunications; as well as to generate a proposal for changes in the regulations, around the main problems.In order to carry out the type-approval procedure, it was necessary to gather bibliographic information regarding the existing regulations, both at national and international level.The methodology used was the experience of experts in the field of national and international regulations, prepared and made technical changes to the prototype vehicle LRS VILTI and determined the regulations to be used to follow the process.In the results section, details are given of the procedure detected where the events that occurred during the process are made known, the changes made to the original configuration of the prototype vehicle, required by the process and the proposals for improvement to the regulations that facilitate the process for electric technology vehicles.Finally, you will find the general and specific conclusions of all the work carried out and recommendations for those who wish to follow up and make future updates to the process.eng
