Thesis PROPUESTA DE UNA HERRAMIENTA TECNOLÓGICA PARA APOYAR A LOS EMPRENDEDORES A DEFINIR UNA ESTRUCTURA DE DISCURSOS Y ASÍ MEJORAR SU DESEMPEÑO DE EXPOSICIÓN PARA AUMENTAR SUS POSIBILIDADES DE ÉXITO EN LA OBTENCIÓN DE FINANCIAMIENTO(2016) Montalva Carvajal, Milton Cesar; Departamento de Industrias; Hevia Rodríguez, Luis FernandoHis thesis is an investigation that aims to implement parts of different methodologies of innovation for proposing a support tool for entrepreneurs to define a structure of discourse and improve their performance exposure in order to increase their chances of success in obtaining financing.To achieve this goal is to identify and re-define the problem through interviews, literature review and their socio-demographic variables, we recognize the participants of the problem, analyze their environment and context and the overall objective and specific objectives defined.Later, profiles of relevant actors of the problem identifying their needs, motivations, frustrations, context and sociodemographic variables and then establish the map of empathy to identify thinks and feels, says and does and what their fears were defined and frustrations. With all this work defined the challenge to find solutions that respond to each of the actors.Having defined the challenge, the solution development process began by identifying existing in the market, looking for some of the references for the project, the brainstorming process was carried out and consolidated to select one of them.Once selected the idea to develop proceed with the preparation of the virtual prototype in order to show its attributes to relevant actors and validate the solution for your comments, suggestions and improvements.Analyses of technical and economic feasibility with experts in developing technological solutions were then performed and see what the best alternative development.Upon completion of the work, some key activities are identified to allow scaling of the technology platform if deemed implement it.
