    The current document of titulation summarizes the studied and learned during the work of more than a year in the CCTVal in order to desing and produce the Greenboard, which is a computer on a PCB, multilayer, working at high frequencies and with a technology SoC. This project was designed as a paid project for the French company GREEN COMMUNICATIONS, company that required a embedded system of high frequency, two PCIe modules, DDR3 memory, UTG-OTG and LINUX as an operative system among other characteristics, the sheet of speci cations can be found in the section 1 of annexes. The base of the whole design it’s based on the IMX6 SoC of Freescale, which it’s based on 2 or 4 ARM Cortex A9 processors, graphic acceleration integrated by hardware, DDR2 or DDR3 memory control, 1 PCIe lane, USB2, USB-OTG and Gb-ETH, among other characteristics. This document it’s focalized rst in an theoretic explanation of the high frequency design techniques used in this design and then a correct explanation of how to apply them. This document treat subjects as how to design an stackup for high frequency or the dierent rules or considerations that the designer has to have in order to deal with high frequency designs, besides that there it’s an explanation of the dierent revision protocols used in this kind of design. This document does not give a detailed explanation of the designed schematics (These could be found in the section 2 of annexes).
