First, modeling alternatives are evaluated, with the physical model, the parameterized linear model and nonlinear parameterized model analyzed. Moreover, the constructive aspects of greenhouses in Chile are discussed and given their geometrical characteristics, construction materials and size, one is selected for modeling. The development of a physical model is made from a phenomenological perspective and using thermodynamics analysis tools a set of equations to determine the temperature and relative humidity inside the greenhouse is raised. Mechanisms of conduction, convection and radiation for determining the temperature are used. The ideal gas equation and their properties are used to determine the relative humidity behavior. A MATLAB code implementing dynamic climate inside the greenhouse, depending on the outdoor climate variables and generate graphs showing the temporal and spatial behavior of climate variables is also developed.
