dc.description.abstractEl objetivo del presente trabajo de título es encontrar las debilidades de la red primaria de aeropuertos del país con respecto a la normativa nacional relacionada al área de movimientos. Comienza con la definición de la situación actual del país en cuanto al contexto del transporte aéreo en Chile, considerando aspectos como el desarrollo que ha tenido la industria en el país, las características actuales que presenta esta red y las aeronaves que surcan los cielos de la nación. A posteriori, se procede con la recopilación de información y estadísticas públicas para dar paso a la caracterización del contexto de la red primaria, para cada uno de los 16 aeropuertos y así determinar tanto el rol que cumple cada elemento de esta en el país, como su función.Cumplida esta caracterización se diagnostica el área de movimientos de los aeropuertos que conforman la red primaria del país, analizando cada uno según la normativa vigente propuesta en el marco teórico y la clave de referencia designada por la DGAC. Es en este capítulo del presente trabajo donde quedan explicitadas las debilidades de la red primaria en el presente, entrando al presente 2018.Tras ello, se elaboran las propuestas de regularización o mejora que solucionan los problemas evidenciados anteriormente con cada uno de los elementos necesarios para conseguir el cumplimiento de la normativa, asociados a una evaluación económica que se intentó en conjunto con la DAP pero que no se logró conseguir debido a la escasez de información.Considerando factores como crecimiento, participación de mercado, estado de pavimentos, y especialmente el número de incumplimientos a la norma se determina el orden de prioridad con el cual se deberían atacar las falencias de la red y finalmente se ofrece un curso recomendado de acción.es_CL
dc.description.abstractThe objective of the present graduating project is to find the weaknesses of the national airports related to the national standards that cover the movement area. It begins with the definition of the current situation of the country in relation to the air transport context in Chile, considering aspects like the development the industry has had over the years, the network characteristics and the aircraft that soars the skies of the nation. After this, there is a whole lot of information gathering, filtering and selecting in order to give context and a role to each one of the 16 airports that shape the primary network of airports.After this characterization I diagnosed the movement area for all of the 16 airports according to the current norm which is defined in the theory section of this document, and the code reference designated by the DGAC. It is in this moment where the weaknesses of the Chilean network of airports will be explicated, coming into this 2018.Thereafter, proposals that solve these issues are elaborated aiming to solve the problems with the norm that were evidenced beforehand with each of the elements that they require to fully solve the issues with the norm, associated to an economic evaluation with DAP that was unsuccessful due to the lack of information.Considering factors such as growth, market share, pavement status, and specially the number of norm breaches I end up determining a priority list, or a recommended course of action that tackles this issues from the most urgent or important to the least.eng
