| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio surge durante la supervisión de las partidas de postensados en la construcción de unsilo de hormigón armado y cordones de acero postensados.La investigación se orientó a los procedimientos realizados desde el inicio de la instalación de los toroneshasta la entrega de los trabajos. Se profundizó en mayor medida en los inconvenientes presentadosdurante el enfilado de los cordones, en los cuales se tomaron medidas correctivas para realizar los trabajossin sacrificar calidad y se ahondó en soluciones para evitar que los errores que se presentaron en la obrano se repitan en la construcción de futuros silos de hormigón armado.Durante la investigación, se concluyó que las soluciones ejecutadas no garantizaban la correctaconstrucción del silo, de ahí nació la motivación para descubrir qué materiales y sistema de anclajes sonidóneos para la construcción de una obra de este tipo.Para analizar las problemáticas se investigó sobre los procesos constructivos del postensado y sesupervisaron en terreno. El estudio se complementó con la información entregada por profesionales deempresas de postensados reconocidas a nivel nacional e internacional.Finalmente, se determinó que el sistema de anclaje utilizado en la obra observada no corresponde a lametodología idónea, llegando a la conclusión que el sistema de anclajes con adherencia no se recomiendapara postensar elementos verticales, en su defecto, se concluye que se debe utilizar un sistema sinadherencia, el cual permite la ejecución de las faenas sin caer en los problemas hallados y plasmados enesta memoria. | es_CL |
| dc.description.abstract | The current study comes from the supervision of the post tensioned structures’ bach of a reinforceconcrete silo and steel post tensed tendonThe investigation was oriented to the procedures done at the begining of the tendon’s instalation anduntil the delivery of the job. Digging deeper on the issues presented during the positioning of the tendons,in witch corrected measurement were taken to achieve a work well done, without sacrificing quality. Andemphasize on giving permanent solutions to avoid mistakes presented in this job to not have themoccured in construction projects in future.During the investigations I realized that the executed solution did not guarantee the correct siloconstrucción, from this point, the necessity to discover which material and anchor systems are the bestmaterial for this type of construcción, was created.To analyse the problematics of the process, we investigate about the post tensed constructing sequence,and this process was supervised at the job site. The study was complemented with the informationdelivered by professionals from post tensed companies recognized world wide.Finally it got determined that the anchor system used in the studied job, does not correspond to the idealmethodology, realizing that the anchor system with adhesive is not recommended to post tense verticalelements, in fact we concluded that a non adhesive system must be use, which it would permit the correctexecution of the job without falling on the mistakes found and presented in this memoir. | eng |
