Abstract
El siguiente documento contiene el análisis y diseño de un sistema web que Fab Lab UTFSM, un espacio de producción de objetos para proyectos de innovación, necesita para cubrir sus necesidades de gestión, en base a los requerimientos de los diferentes stakeholders que se encuentran dentro de sus operaciones diarias. El objetivo es describir todos los procesos, datos y actores involucrados en las actividades actuales, identificar aquellos aspectos que se pueden mejorar y establecer principios, objetivos y otros parámetros directivos que permitan formalizar soluciones que puedan satisfacer los requisitos.
The purpose of this document is to present the analysis and design of a web system that Fab Lab UTFSM, a place to produce objects to facilitate innovative projects, to cover their management needs and build requirements of the different stakeholders inside their daily operations. It records all the data, processes and actors involved in actual activities, it identifies aspects to improve and establish principles, objectives and other parameters to formalize solutions.
