Abstract
Actualmente, las páginas Web juegan un papel muy importante en la vida de las personas, ya que con el mayor acceso y conectividad a Internet, se han convertido en medios de comunicación en tiempo real, en redes sociales para conectar con otros y hasta forman parte de los procesos productivos de las empresas. Sin embargo, ya no es suficiente que una página Web sea funcional, hoy en día es necesario que sea fácil de usar e incluso emocionalmente atractiva. En este trabajo se revisan algunos principios del diseño emocional de productos y la psicología de la vida diaria para establecer convenciones que permitan agregarle componentes emocionales a las páginas Web y generar emociones positivas en los usuarios que realicen tareas con ellas. Posteriormente, se propone y realiza un experimento que prueba la efectividad de las convenciones. El experimento captura información sobre el uso de interfaces Web y las emociones que expermentan los usuarios. En base a los resultados, se concluye que algunas de las convenciones son más efectivas que otras para generar emociones positivas.

However, today it’s not enough that Web pages are functional, it’s also necessary that they are easy to use and even emotionally attractive. In this work, some principles of products’ emotional design and daily life psychology are reviewed to set conventions that allow the incorporation of emotional components to Web pages and the generation of positive emotions in users who perform tasks with them. An experiment is proposed and performed to test the effectiveness of these conventions. The experiment captures information about using Web interfaces and emotions that users feel. According to the results, some conventions are better than others to generate positive emotions.
