Abstract
En la siguiente memoria se describen los pasos para investigar fallas catalogadas como críticas en la industria utilizando la metodología de Análisis Causa Raíz (ACR). El beneficio de ocupar esta metodología principalmente es la minimización de los costos de mantenimiento a largo plazo. Además se muestran las planillas EXCEL mínimas que se deben confeccionar para llevar una correcta y eficiente gestión a la hora de abordar una investigación. La gestión de ACR se basa en control de HH de reuniones, gestión documental de hallazgos encontrados, gestión de tareas, gestión de costos, etc.Se investigan dos falla reales ocurridas en Termoeléctrica Nehuenco bajo la metodología ACR, obteniendo como resultado acciones correctivas y acciones de mejora continua que eliminan el problema de raíz y asegurar que este modo de fallo no volverá a ocurrir.
The following report describes the steps to investigate failures listed as critical in the industry using the methodology Root Cause Analysis (RCA). The benefit of taking this approach is mainly minimizing maintenance costs in the long term. In addition the minimum EXCEL spreadsheets that must be prepared for a correct and efficient management when addressing research are presented. ACR management control is based on meeting man hours, findings document management, task management, cost management, etc. Two real failure occurred in Thermoelectric Nehuenco under the ACR methodology are investigated, resulting in corrective actions and continuous improvement actions that eliminate the root problem and ensure that this failure mode will not happen again.
