Abstract
Este escrito se trata sobre el desarrollo de una propuesta de solución en el marco del plan de memorias multidisciplinarias, de la Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María, casa central. Se tiene como objetivo desarrollar un prototipo modular de innovación abierta para la investigación de la medición inteligente de electricidad dentro del ámbito universitario. Se utilizaron distintos métodos para poder determinar el contexto de trabajo, generación de requerimientos, validación de información y evaluación de resultados, tales como StoryBboard, TRIZ, Hubka, Becattini y Kano.Todo esto permite generar una solución que involucre la mayor cantidad de información analizada, y poder desarrollar un prototipo que abarque mayor cantidad de variables que brinda el tema en cuestión.
This paper deals with the development of a proposal for a solution within the framework of the multidisciplinary memory plan, of the Technical University Federico Santa Maria, central house. The objective is to develop a modular prototype of open innovation for the investigation of the intelligent measurement of electricity within the university scope. Different methods were used to determine the working context, requirements generation, information validation and evaluation of results, such as StoryBboard, TRIZ, Hubka, Becattini and Kano. All this allows to generate a solution that involves the greater amount of information analyzed, and to be able to develop a prototype that includes more variables than the subject in question.
