La temperatura de trabajo en este horno es de(...).The project consists of modifying the process of joining parts and glazing of gas stoves. This change aims to reduce production costs, in order to positively influence the finalprice of the kitchen. Currently the process is carried out by means of the preparation of the surface of thepart, which consists in degreasing and stripping with acid and other products, thenjoining the pieces by means of weld by point, to later apply enamel in liquid state. Finally, through a drying oven and a cooking oven, get the finished product. In the degreasing and etching of the surface, eight stainless steel tubs filled with waterwith temperature and detergent, water with temperature, acid and clean water are used, plus a small drying oven. Welder heads are used for welding joining, located near the pickling area. The partsare anchored to a fixing table and the present operator starts the Union by means of thewelding machine. In the preparation of the liquid enamel, an installation consisting of six stirring pondsis used, where the enamel is prepared for 24 hours. The element that comes out of thisthread is moved by moving tubs to the point where the enamel is carried out byimmersion, along with the transport chain that transports them through the dryingfurnace. Finally, once each furnace is removed from the immersion, and as mentioned above, they are carried by air transport, to the drying furnace, where the moisture contained in the part is removed. The working temperature in this oven is(...).CD ROMEsmaltadoHornos de cocina a gasMejora de costosSindelen S.A.Evaluación técnica y económica para la mejora de costos en el proceso de fabricación del horno de una cocina a gasTesis de PregradoB - Solamente disponible para consulta en sala (opción por defecto)3560900257382
