Cada día COPEC S.A. debeprogramar una serie de viajes desde sus depósitos a los clientes, llevando distintos tiposde combustibles. Este problema se conoce comúnmente en la literatura como "Problemade Reposición de Estaciones de Servicio". Este problema se conoce en inglés como PetrolStation Replenishment Problem (PSRP).El objetivo principal de este trabajo es la formulación y el modelado de este problema,tomando aspectos novedosos como las ventanas de tiempo de los turnos de los conductoresy el tiempo de descanso de estos mismos, junto con el desarrollo de un método de soluciónapto para su tamaño. El resultado final fue la elaboración de una heurística encargadade generar una propuesta inicial de programación del día. Cabe destacar que los datosutilizados en este trabajo corresponden a datos reales de la compañía, en donde se haomitido cualquier información relacionada con sus clientes.This work has been based on a real life routing problem which is faced by COPEC S.A.,the biggest company in the oil distribution in Chile. Everyday the firm must schedule aseries of trips from their deposits to the clients. This problem is known in the literature asthe Petrol Station Replenishment Problem.The main objective of this work is: the formulation and modeling of this problem,taking some new aspects in consideration as the time windows on the trucks shifts; alongwith the development of a solution strategy suitable for the size of the problem.
