Pradenas Curinao, Mauricio Alejandro2025-09-092025-09-092019-11https://repositorio.usm.cl/handle/123456789/76379The general objective of the present study is to propose a methodology for the development of a competitive strategy in Technical Training Organizations (OTEC), belonging to Higher Education Institutions, as well as to develop a case applied for the OTEC of INACAP. With this purpose, the current situation of the training market in Chile is analyzed and its status is established, then the theoretical foundations are analyzed behind the development of a competitive strategy, with a focus on service organizations. Next, the study proposes and evaluates a methodology for the development of a competitive strategy, which is capable of adapting to the needs and context of the OTEC that belong to Higher Education Institutions. With the selected methodology, and as a final phase of the study, a competitive strategy for the OTEC of INACAP is developed, which ends with the definition of the strategic actions, the expected impact and the evaluation of the impact (of those actions) in the mission and vision of the training organization. The study is based on the need to deliver a strategic planning tool to the OTEC, which allows them to generate actions thinking about future conditions and to survive an increasingly competitive and dynamic market in political, social, technological, environmental and economic.104 páginasesPropuesta de desarrollo de una estrategia competitiva para organismos técnicos de capacitacióninfo:eu-repo/semantics/embargoedAccess3560900260260
