A demásse solicitó hacer una revisión de la visión y misión del establecimiento.Luego se procedió a definir las perspectivas con lo que se concluyó que su estructuraseria la siguiente: Perspectiva Beneficiarios, Perspectiva Procesos internos,Perspectiva aprendizaje y crecimiento, Perspectiva Finanzas.Se creó un diagrama de causa-efecto a partir de los objetivos estratégicos creados enlas reuniones administrativas.
