Hoy, el departamento de la Evaluación de Ley no cuenta con una plataforma que le permita obtener una retroalimentación ciudadana sobre el proceso legislativo. Por ese motivo, se propuso co-diseñar y construir un sistema que permita a la ciudadanía participar en el proceso posterior a la publicación del informe evaluativo. Para ello se utilizó la metodología del diseño centrado en usuarios, la cual permitió la obtención de los principales requerimientos y especificaciones del diseño; en relación al proceso de implementación, se seleccionó un framework que posibilitó el desarrollo de aplicaciones móviles multiplataforma. Finalmente se recomienda la importancia de institucionalizar estos espacios para generar una participación ciudadana efectiva.Citizen participation spaces in parliament seek to focus on their attention in civil society and the benefits that contributions that identify labor legislation can bring.
