PARTICIPACIÓN FUERTE COMO ESTRATEGIA PARA EL DESARROLLO DE CULTURAS CIENTÍFICAS DE EXCELENCIA EN ORGANIZACIONES DE INVESTIGACIÓN

Abstract

El sistema nacional de ciencia, tecnología, conocimiento e innovación necesita promover una cultura científica de excelencia que ponga en valor la multidimensionalidad de la actividad científica y propicie la vinculación del conocimiento con la sociedad y el sector productivo. La Participación Fuerte es un instrumento para el desarrollo organizacional que permite sistematizar, concretar y evaluar acciones que generan, fomentan y legitiman la cultura científica multidimensional de excelencia de organizaciones de investigación. Este instrumento contribuye a generar e institucionalizar una “cultura científica de excelencia”, mediante el reco nocimiento, empleo e inclusión de las distintas dimensiones de la actividad científica. Este instrumento ha mostrado ser eficaz en un centro de excelencia, es sistemático y replicable, y produce indi cadores objetivos respecto a una cultura científica de excelencia.

Strong Participation is an instrument for organizational development that allows systematizing, implementing, and evaluating actions to create, promote, and validate a multidimensional culture of excellence at research organizations. This instrument contributes to creating and institutionalizing a “culture of excellence” by recognizing, using, and incorporating the different dimensions of scientific activity. This instrument has proven to be effective in one research center of excellence; it is systematic and replicable, and it produces objective indicators to assess the research excellence culture.
