ESTRATEGIAS DE MARKETING DIGITAL PARA EL COMERCIO ELECTRÓNICO EN CHILE

Abstract

Este trabajo presenta una nueva forma de evaluar y utilizar las distintas herramientas de marketing digital disponibles en el mercado basada en la experiencia del emprendimiento Beerly.cl. El autor realiza un análisis de los resultados obtenidos con las distintas herramientas que se utilizaron en este emprendimiento, con los cuales elabora una nueva metodología de incorporación de nuevas herramientas. El objetivo principal es entregar a los nuevos emprendedores las claves y la metodología necesarias para poder elegir objetivamente las herramientas de marketing digital acorde a la naturaleza del emprendimiento.

This work presents a new way of evaluating and using the variety of digital marketing tools available in the market, based on the experience of Beerly.cl. The author makes an analysis of the results obtained with the different marketing tools that were used in that business, with which he develop a new methodology for incorporating new tools. The main objective of this work is to give the new entrepreneurs the keys and the methodologies to be able to choose the right digital marketing tools according to the their own business’ nature.
