Abstract
La gestión de residuos domiciliarios en Chile es bastante deficiente, este se caracteriza por tener índices de reciclaje muy bajos, y casi no considerar el residuo orgánico, siendo este el que se genera en mayor medida en los hogares chilenos. En base a este desafío surge una solución que aproveche la tecnología, para realizar recolección y tratamiento de residuos orgánicos en condominios. En el siguiente informe nos enfocamos mayoritariamente en las interfaces asociadas a la solución, y en él como una visión y metodología centrada en los usuarios permiten detectar requerimientos, para desembocar en la validación de un sistema usable e intuitivo.
The management of household waste in Chile is quite poor, this is characterized by having very low recycling rates, and almost not considering organic waste, this being the one that is generated to a greater extent in Chilean house. Based on this challenge, a solution emerges that takes advantage of technology, to carry out collection and treatment of organic waste in condominiums. In the following report we focus mainly on the interfaces associated with the solution, and on it as a vision and methodology focused on users allow to detect requirements, to lead to the validation of a usable and intuitive system.
