CONSTRUCCIÓN SUSTENTABLE APLICADA EN VIVIENDA PARTICULAR CONSTRUIDA CON CONTENEDORES Y SISTEMA FOTOVOLTAICO
Abstract
Due to the high levels of environmental pollution and the high energy consumption involved in the development of the construction industry, it is necessary to reduce these negative impacts on the environment through the promotion and implementation of alternative construction systems that allow sustainable development. That is why construction professionals must be aware of the current situation, look to the future and be part of the change. In the present report an economic study is carried out, in which the projected habitability costs are compared in 10 years, between a house built with shipping containers and for whose energy supply a photovoltaic panel system is used, and a traditional house built with masonry without considering solar energy. For this purpose, a budget will be developed according to the useful life, which also covers aspects of maintenance and repair during the aforementioned period of time.Another aspect considered is the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the use of non-conventional renewable energies (NCRE), in addition to the use of recycled materials in buildings with the aim of promoting a construction according to the needs and current problems. In the same way, the main certifications and strategies applied in Chile that promote an evolution of buildings towards energy efficiency are compiled. While many of these initiatives are not compulsory, the State intends to make them mandatory and improve the quality of the building park. In our country progress is being made towards a clean energy matrix and efficient housing, but there are still outstandig challenges and it is the task of the new professionals to ensure the welfare of future generations and the use of resources in a responsible manner.
