UTILIZACIÓN DEL PROCESO DE DISEÑO CENTRADO EN LAS PERSONAS EN EL MERCADO DE EDIFICIOS INTELIGENTES EN CHILE

Abstract

El Diseño centrado en las Personas (DCP) es un proceso que permite por medio de la interacción y empatía lograr obtener información valiosa sobre las personas y sus necesidades. Este proceso será aplicado en el presente trabajo sobre el ámbito de negocios de los Edificios Inteligentes para encontrar las necesidades reales que existen en Chile. Este trabajo expondrá las herramientas del proceso DCP y sus resultados en cada una de sus etapas. Estas herramientas serán complementadas con otras en busca de mejorar el proceso de obtención de información, declaración del problema, definición de la solución y su implementación.

Human-Centered Design (HCD) is a process that allows through interaction and empathy to obtain valuable information about people and their needs. This process will be applied in the present work on the business scope of Smart Buildings to find the real needs that exist in Chile. This work will expose the tools of the HCD process and its results in each of its stages. These tools will be complemented with others in order to improve the process of obtaining information, declaration of the problem, definition of the solution and its implementation.
