ANÁLISIS DE LA IRRUPCIÓN DE LAS EMPRESAS IT INDIAS EN LATINOAMERICA Y EL CARIBE

Abstract

India es un país interesante en el aspecto cultural, social y económico. La evolución del PIB quisiera tenerlo cualquiera de los países en ALC (América Latina y El Caribe), considerando los últimos 17 años India acumula en promedio un crecimiento de 7.01% y solo en los últimos cinco años más de 7.2%, acompañado de esto uno de sus principales intangibles de exportación son los Servicios IT que en los últimos 5 años han tenido una importante irrupción en ALC generando una gran cantidad de oportunidades para los trabajadores de la región y poniendo desafíos a los profesionales del área IT.Justamente esta Tesis busca recopilar información de las principales Empresas India de Tecnologías de la Información (EITI) que servirá para poder tener una idea de su impacto, oportunidades laborales y de cómo la región debería afrontar este cambio.El establecer mejores políticas de comercio entre ALC e India es el principal desafío para estos dos gigantes que hoy en día ya están en una relación que necesita afianzarse y mejorar para proyectar una relación Win to Win que permita enfrentar de mejor forma los nuevos negocios.El Idioma será un ítem importante que ALC debe mejorar con planes claros de educación y capacitación para estar sobre el nivel de “Dominio Moderado”.Las primeras cuatro EITI (Empresas India de IT) sobrepasan los USD168 Billones de valor bursátil y con más de 892 mil empleados a nivel mundial están brindando sobre 25 mil empleos en ALC, entonces nuestra región debe considerar que India como socio comercial es una gran oportunidad para nuestra fuerza laboral en el mundo IT y en el intercambio de conocimiento.

India is a very interesting country in the cultural, social and economic aspects. The evolution of the PIB could be dream of any country in ALC (Latin America and the Caribbean), considering last 17 years India accumulates an average growth of 7.01% and only in the last five years more than 7.2%, the most important exportation service are IT Services that in the last 5 years have had a significant growth in ALC generating a great amount of opportunities for the workers in the region and adding big challenges to IT professionals.This work (Thesis) seeks to collect information from the main Indian Information Technology Companies (EITI) that will useful to get a better idea of its impact, job opportunities and how the region should face this change.The establishment of better trade policies between ALC and India is the main challenge for these two giants that today already are in a relationship that needs to be strengthened and improved in order to reach a Win to Win relationship that allows new businesses to be better addressed.Language will be an important item that ALC must improve with better education and training plans to be above "Moderate Level".The first four EITI (Indian IT Companies) exceed USD168 Billion of value in Wall Street and with more than 892 thousand employees worldwide are providing over 25 thousand jobs in ALC, then our region must consider that India as a business partner is a great opportunity for our workers in the IT world and in the exchange of knowledge.
