Abstract

Uno de los principales problemas de las organizaciones es que muchas veces no utilizan su información disponible, lo que lleva a conclusiones erradas, mala gestión y el no seguimiento de objetivos.Esta memoria se basa en el diseño, construcción e implementación de un sistema de Inteligencia de Negocios, con el fin de obtener el perfil de los visitantes web de un portal universitario, mediante el análisis de sus navegaciones, y orientar la estrategia de marketing digital de una carrera universitaria. Para ello, se identifican los indicadores claves de rendimiento que entregan la información relevante para apoyar a la toma de decisiones y se utiliza una herramienta de visualización datos, que permite mostrarlosa través de reportes y gráficos de fácil interpretación para el tomador de decisiones.

One of the main problems of organizations is that they often do not use their available information which leads to wrong conclusions, bad management and non-pursuit of objectives.This memoir is based on the design, construction and implementation of a Business Intelligence system in order to obtain the profile of web visitors through the analysis of information from a university webportal, and guide the digital marketing strategy of a university career.Initially, key performance indicators are identified that will be used to generate relevant information, through a data visualization tool, that allows the creation of reports and graphs in order to support decision making.
