Abstract
El presente estudio expone la formulación de un Modelo de Gestión para Eventos Deportivos, desde una perspectiva de Dirección de Proyectos, apoyado en el estudio de la situación actual a nivel nacional, el análisis de la bibliografía e información obtenida producto de la experiencia del autor en un Evento Deportivo.
A partir del análisis realizado, en complemento del estudio de la teoría relacionada, se establecen las principales problemáticas de las organizaciones de eventos deportivos, las que se enmarcan en la planificación y control de los proyectos.
Considerando la bibliografía consultada y la información obtenida, se desarrolla un Modelo de Gestión para Eventos Deportivos, el que se compone de los Objetivos del proyecto, las Áreas y Equipo Director del Evento Deportivo, los Procesos que se deben completar a lo largo del desarrollo del proyecto, el Plan Director del Proyecto y documentación mínima, además de exponer una guía de las actividades a desarrollar en los procesos de Inicio y Planificación del Evento Deportivo.
La validación del modelo propuesto, desde una perspectiva tanto cualitativa como cuantitativa, indica mejoras de 83,3% en los tiempos de aprobación de permisos; aumento del 16,5% en el aporte monetario por parte de los socios colaboradores; disminución de un 14,5% en el costo de producción por inscrito; mejora de un 80,5% en la utilidad operacional del proyecto, desde CLP$5.778.465 a CLP$10.433.369; entre otros. Con todo lo anterior se concluye a partir de cada una de las partes presentadas, es decir, sobre el análisis de la situación actual y sus problemáticas, las herramientas y modelos investigados, además de conclusiones especiales del Modelo de Gestión presentado y la validación realizada, en donde se destaca la posibilidad de aplicación del Modelo de Gestión desarrollado, comprobando mejoras al implementar el mismo.
The present study proposes the formulation of a Management Model for Sports Events, from a Project Management perspective, supported by the study of the current situation at a national level, the analysis of the bibliography and information obtained as a result of the author's experience in a Sports Event Based on the analysis carried out, in addition to the study of the related theory, the main problems of sporting event organizations are established, which are part of the planning and control of the projects. Considering the bibliography consulted and the information obtained, a Management Model for Sports Events is developed, which is made up of the Objectives of the project, the Areas and Team Director of the Sports Event, the Processes that must be completed throughout the development of the project, the Project Master Plan and minimum documentation, in addition to presenting a guide of the activities to be developed in the processes of Start and Planning of the Sports Event. The validation of the proposed model, from a qualitative as well as a quantitative perspective, indicates improvements of 83.3% in the times of approval of permits; 16.5% increase in the monetary contribution by the collaborating partners; decrease of 14.5% in the cost of production per enrollee; improvement of 80.5% in the operational profit of the project, from CLP $ 5,778,465 to CLP $ 10,433,369; among others. With all the above, it is concluded from each of the parties presented, that is, about the analysis of the current situation and its problems, the tools and models investigated, as well as special conclusions of the Management Model presented and the validation carried out, where the possibility of application of the developed Management Model stands out, checking improvements when implementing it.
