R-CYCLO: MODELO DE NEGOCIOS DE LA APLICACIÓN

Abstract

El objetivo del presente trabajo es plantear una propuesta de negocio en base a un sistema TI, que busca crear nexos entre Organizaciones recicladoras y Productores de material reciclable. Para ello, se busca validar el modelo de negocios Canvas propuesto, el cual considera diversos factores que actualmente afectan al mercado del reciclaje nacional. De esta manera, se propone una estimación de ingresos y gastos, y su proyección a mediano plazo, considerando el escenario actual del reciclaje en Chile y sus dificultades dentro del mercado en el ámbito de logística y gestión.

The objective of this paper is to propose a business proposal based on an IT system, which seeks to create links between recycling organizations and producers of recyclable material. To do this, it seeks to validate the proposed Canvas business model, which considers various factors that currently affect the national recycling market. In this way, is presented as a proposal an estimate of income and expenses, and its mediumterm projection, considering the current scenario of recycling in Chile and its difficulties within the market in the field of logistics and management.
