Abstract
Esta investigación presenta un análisis de las buenas prácticas para la gestión de proyectos con un enfoque en la calidad, se estudiara la evolución de la calidad pasando por la ISO 9000 y llegando a enfocarnos plenamente en la ISO 10006, durante este estudio no abarcaremos la gestión de calidad en toda la compañía, ya que específicamente nos enfocaremos en un departamento de la empresa Termofrío Ltda. Específicamente en el departamento de Grandes Obras de Climatización y el enfoque principal será la Calidad en los proyectos.
Por medio de este estudio se permitirá conocer la forma en que Termofrío Gestiona la calidad del departamento de Grandes Obras, se identificaran sus debilidades por medio de un diagnostico en terreno, apoyado por análisis de datos y especialmente por medio de entrevistas realizadas a los administradores de Obras.
This research presents an analysis of best practices for project management with a focus on quality, quality evolution is studied through the ISO 9000 and becoming fully focus on the ISO 10006, during this study we will cover not management quality throughout the company, because we will focus specifically on a company department Termofrío Ltda. Specifically in the department of Great Works Air Conditioning and the main focus will be on projects quality. Through this study we will reveal how Termofrío manages the quality of the department of Great Works, weaknesses will be identified through of a diagnostic test on field, supported by data analysis and especially through interviews with managers Works. It is important to note that the ISO 10006 standard is not certifiable and is not a guide to managing projects, specifically these are recommendations to have quality management projects Under this knowledge and according to the diagnosis made in this study a wide range surrender Recommendations will be delivered covering all the points that the standard requires from the beginning to end of a project, to apply to the department of Great Works in Termofrío Ltda.
