Abstract
En este trabajo se realizará la recuperación y adaptación de una máquina multihusillos automática destinada a la línea de armado de caja de velocidades, la cual debe entregar protección, estabilidad y seguridad tanto para la caja como para la línea de armado en general. Así también su utilización debe ser de un manejo sencillo y automático. Su implementación debe aportar a una reducción de costos. Para poder cumplir con estas características, primero se realizará un diagnóstico de la condición actual de la máquina multihusillos para así poder proponer las mantenciones y mejoras. Realizado esto se propone una pauta de evaluación del correcto funcionamiento de la máquina, a fin de proponer un esquema de instalación de ésta en la línea de armado.En el diagnostico se evalúan todos los componentes defectuosos, que se encuentran en malas condiciones o que simplemente no están, para así poder realizar la respectiva mantención. En el caso que no se encuentre el componente, éste se debe comprar o diseñar.El esquema de instalación a la línea de armado debe ser de la manera más sencilla posible, en donde se respeten los espacios, y no dificulte el proceso.Finalmente se toman las conclusiones del trabajo, y se evalúan las metas cumplidas.
In this work the recovery and adaptation of an automatic multi-spindle machine destined to the line of armed of gearbox will be made, which must deliver protection, stability and security for both the box and the assembly line in general. Also, its use must be simple and automatic. Its implementation must contribute to a reduction of costs. In order to comply with these characteristics, first a diagnosis of the current condition of the multi-spindle machine will be made in order to propose maintenance and improvements. Once this has been done, a guideline for evaluating the correct operation of the machine is proposed, in order to propose a scheme for installing it in the assembly line. In the diagnosis all the defective components are evaluated, that are in bad conditions or that simply are not, in order to be able to realize the respective maintenance. In the case that the component is not found, it must be purchased or designed. The installation scheme to the assembly line should be as simple as possible, where spaces are respected, and do not hinder the process. Finally the conclusions of the work are taken, and the goals fulfilled are evaluated.
