ANÁLISIS COMPARATIVO DE PRODUCTIVIDAD LABORAL DE OBRA GRUESA EN TRES OBRAS DE CONSTRUCCIÓN

Abstract

En el presente estudio se analiza la problemática que existe al construir la obra gruesa de tresobras distintas ubicadas en diferentes regiones del país, cuáles son las limitantes y factoresque en la realidad pueden modificar y alterar de forma positiva o negativa el estudio previode un proyecto, ya que es una de las etapas más incidentes tanto en la programación comoen los costos. Considerando la ubicación como la principal ventaja comparativa de una obrasobre otra.Para el análisis se estudiarán tres obras, un hotel ubicado en la II región de Antofagasta, unaclínica ubicada en la VII región del Maule, y por último un colegio ubicado en la Regiónmetropolitana. Las tres obras mencionadas poseen ciertas características en común y otrasparticularidades en las cuales difieren, este será el primer punto para el posterior análisis.Los datos recolectados y resultados obtenidos pretenden mostrar los factores mássignificativos que al momento de estudiar el proyecto se toman como insignificante frente aotros o que simplemente no se considera el peso que realmente poseen en la ejecución enterreno.En los siguientes capítulos se verá reflejado cómo la teoría no es siempre lo acertado y comodiferentes factores, situaciones, imprevistos y la información previa y detallada de lascaracterísticas externas al lugar, las cuales normalmente no se conocen en su totalidad ypueden afectar de manera importante un presupuesto, plazos y en el estudio de recursoshumanos que se requiere para la ejecución de una determinada actividad.

In the present study, the problem is analyzed when constructing the heavy work of threedifferent construtions located in different regions of the country, which are the limitationsand factors that in reality can modify and alter in a positive or negative way the previous studyof a project since it is one of the most incidents in both programming and costs.For the analysis three constructions will be studied, a hotel located in the II region ofAntofagasta, a clinic located in the VII region of Maule, and finally a school located in themetropolitan region. The three mentioned constructions have certain characteristics incommon and other particularities in which they differ, this will be the first point for thesubsequent analysis.The data collected and the results obtained are intended to show the most significant factorsthat are taken as insignificant when looking at the project, or that simply do not consider theweight they actually have in the field execution.In the following chapters will be reflected as the theory is not always the right thing and asdifferent factors, situations, unforeseen and previous and detailed information of the externalcharacteristics to the place which normally are not known in their totality and can affect in animportant way a budget, deadlines and in the study of human resources that is required forthe execution of a certain activity.
