INTEGRACIÓN DE LA TEORÍA DEL PENSAMIENTO PODEROSO OTSM – TRIZ CON LA HERRRAMIENTA DE ANÁLISIS DE ESCENARIOS FUTURES WHEEL Y LA MATRIZ DE VESTER. CASO DE ESTUDIO: MONITOREO DE INCENDIOS FORESTALES EN EL TERRITORIO NACIONAL UTILIZANDO SISTEMAS DE DRONES DE SOBREVUELO.

Abstract

La siguiente investigación propone la integración de dos metodologías de carácter innovador, que se basan en el testimonio y la opinión de expertos en ciertas áreas de investigación: la teoría del pensamiento poderoso OTSM – TRIZ y la herramienta de análisis de escenarios de ocurrencia Futures Wheel. Esta integración se pretende lograr a través de la combinación de ambas herramientas, con el objetivo de proponer una nueva metodología que permita un acercamiento más globalizado a todo tipo de situaciones en conflicto, al unir la resolución de problemas de inventiva con el análisis de escenarios de ocurrencia para un mismo evento, cambio o situación, permitiendo la aplicación de ambas metodologías de manera simultánea e integrada. En base a lo anterior, la validación de esta combinación propuesta se realizó en base al desarrollo de un sistema inteligente de visión multimodal basado en la utilización de drones, que permita el monitoreo automático de incendios forestales en grandes extensiones de territorio y en escenarios no estructurados en tiempo real dentro del territorio nacional chileno.

The following research proposes the integration of two innovative methodologies: the General Theory of Powerful Thinking OTSM - TRIZ and Futures Wheel, a tool for analyzing different scenarios of occurrence. This integration is meant to be achieved through the combination of both methodologies, with the aim of proposing a new combined methodology that allows a more globalized approach to all types of situations in conflict, combining the resolution of inventive problems with the analysis of scenarios for the same event, change or situation, allowing the application of both methodologies in a simultaneous and integrated manner. Furthermore, the validation of the proposed combination was based on a case of study, particularly, on the development of an intelligent multimodal vision system based on the use of drones, which allows the automatic monitoring of forest fires in large areas of territory and in unstructured scenarios in real time, inside the Chilean territory.
