Abstract
El tema a desarrollar consiste en la elaboración de una base de datos, en función de la información obtenida de los informes de mecánica de suelo provenientes de los estudios realizados en la región de Aysén. A raíz de los distintos proyectos de construcción de viviendas sociales del Servicio de Vivienda y Urbanismo, con la finalidad de ser utilizada como base en el proceso de selección de soluciones constructivas referentes a mejoras de suelos y confección de cimientos para dichas obras, a lo largo de toda la región.Además se realizara un análisis del sistema actual de selección de soluciones constructivas antes mencionadas, generando una modificación de este, la cual incluya la base de datos generada y que permita la utilización de esta, buscando así mejorar el proceso de selección, basado en la información obtenida de dichos informes y del trabajo realizado anteriormente en obras similares.En base a esto se propondrá su utilización en los procesos actuales de diseño de proyectos de viviendas sociales en la región, así como su aplicación en otros ámbitos del desarrollo de proyectos habitacionales de SERVIU, lo que busca mejorar los tiempos de respuesta ante problemáticas encontradas en las distintas obras, en búsqueda de aportar al mejor desarrollo de los trabajos en la Región de Aysén.
The topic to be developed is the elaboration of a database, based on the information obtained from soil mechanics reports from the studies carried out in the Aysén Region. As a result of the different social housing construction projects of SERVIU (Servicio de Vivienda y Urbanismo), the purpose of the database is to be used as a basis in the process of selecting constructive solutions related to soil improvement and foundation making for these construction works, throughout the entire region. In addition, an analysis of the current constructive solutions selection system will be carried out, resulting in a modification, which includes the generated database that allows its use, seeking to improve the selection process, based on the information obtained from reports previously mentioned, and the work performed in similar construction works. Based on this, its use will be proposed in the current design processes of social housing projects in the region, as well as its application in other areas of the development of housing projects of SERVIU, which seeks to improve response times to problems encountered in the different construction works, in search of contributing to the best work development in the Aysén Region.
