Abstract
Hoy en día, la movilidad en la ciudad nos hace enfrentarnos frecuentemente a losproblemas que lleva relacionados, debido al gran crecimiento de la población y de las urbesque habitamos. En general, estos episodios incurren en problemas de ansiedad y estrés,además de una sensación de inseguridad en el traslado diario.Este problema se puede reducir con entrega de información oportuna y personalizada, loque ayuda a disminuir la vulnerabilidad del ciudadano frente a estas situaciones de riesgo.Así nacen algunas iniciativas del gobierno para el levantamiento y la entrega deinformación acerca del estado del tránsito.Este trabajo toma en consideración estos aspectos y desea contribuir a este proceso,incluyendo las nuevas tendencias en el uso de la tecnología. Es por esto que se propone unSistema de Registro y Entrega de Información de Movilidad Inteligente, denominado Incit.Esto se logra, a través del desarrollo de una aplicación móvil para teléfonos inteligentes.Además de un sitio web para el registro de reportes. Esto acompañado de un estudio paralograr una entrega personificada e intuitiva de la información de valor, con un diseñovanguardista.El resultado final del trabajo es un mínimo producto viable o MVP, el cual no alcanza laetapa de lanzamiento al mercado, sin embargo se realizan las pruebas de verificación, quelo convierten en un prototipo funcional.
Nowadays, mobility in the city makes us frequently face the problems that are related, dueto the great growth of the population and of the cities. In general, these episodes incurproblems of anxiety and stress, in addition to a feeling of insecurity in the daily transfer.This problem can be reduced by providing timely and personalized information, whichhelps to reduce the vulnerability of the citizen facing these risk situations. Thus someinitiatives of the government are born for the lifting and the delivery of information on thestate of the transit.This work takes these aspects into consideration and wishes to contribute to this process,including new trends in the use of technology. That is why we propose a System ofRegistration and Delivery of Intelligent Mobility Information, called Incit. This is achieved,through the development of a mobile application for smartphones. In addition to a websitefor recording reports. This is accompanied by a study to achieve a personified and intuitivedelivery of information of value, with an avantgardedesign.The final result of the work is a minimum viable product or MVP, which does not reach thestage of launch to the market, however the verification tests are performed, which make it afunctional prototype.Keywords : Smart Mobility, Transportation, Mobile Application.
