Abstract
En esta memoria se pretende implementar un módulo de logística de un sistemaERP en una empresa PYME con la finalidad de aumentar la competitividad de la misma,mejorando el control sobre el inventario, que se posean centros de costos. Todos estosrequerimientos deberán ser personalizados a los procesos ya existentes, para evitar elimpacto en su quehacer cotidiano, y el consecuente reentrenamiento de su personal.Además uno de los desafíos es que el sistema pueda ser consultado en cualquier lugar.El análisis parte en determinar cuál de los sistemas ya existentes cumple con estosrequerimientos, analizar sus ventajas y desventajas, buscar soluciones tanto comercialescomo de código libre o incluso de código abierto. Para determinar cuál es el sistemaadecuado se realizará un análisis a la empresa, tanto a los procesos como al personal.En la búsqueda de la implementación se evaluarán las plataformas de soporte para elsistema, tales como los sistemas operativos, el hardware necesario, el dimensionamientodel mismo como así también de ser necesaria la logística de comunicación.Finalmente se comprobará si el sistema mejora los procedimientos y la comunicaciónde la organización, sin olvidar la aceptación del sistema con los usuarios.
In this report it is intended to implement a logistics module of an ERP system inan SME company with the aim of increasing the competitiveness of the same, improvingcontrol over inventory, which have cost centers. All these requirements must bepersonalized to the existing processes, to avoid the impact on their daily work, and theconsequent retraining of their personnel. Also one of the challenges is that the systemcan be consulted anywhere.The analysis starts with determining which of the existing systems meets theserequirements, analyze its advantages and disadvantages, search for commercial solutions,as well as free code or even open source. In order to determine the appropriate system,an analysis will be carried out on the company, both processes and personnel.In the search of the implementation will evaluate the support platforms for thesystem, such as the operating systems, the necessary hardware, the sizing of the same aswell as the communication logistics.Finally it will be verified if the system improves the procedures and the communicationof the organization, without forgetting the acceptance of the system with theusers.
