Abstract
La generación de problemas TI tiene en muchas ocasiones un motivo de causa humana, en este sentido es importante destacar que la resolución de estos problemas se puede acelerar en gran medida conociendo dicha causa.Este es el motivo del análisis del impacto que tiene la cultura de la culpabilidad en la resolución de problemas TI y la necesidad de un modelo que lo describa.Con la información obtenida de variadas empresas y casos de resolución se ha logrado obtener el beneficio esperado de emplear este modelo que finalmente resulta en una reducción de costos para las compañías.El presente trabajo demuestra la importancia de 6 factores a la hora de fomentar la honestidad (“garrote y zanahoria”, vergüenza, efecto género, culpa, dinero, miedo).Se ha conseguido estimar la reducción máxima de tiempos de resolución de problemas TI en un 70% aplicando la cultura de la culpabilidad.Finalmente se ofrece un modelo que permita gestionar la cultura de la culpabilidad de forma sencilla y no costosa.
The generation of IT problems has in many cases a cause provoked by humans, in this sense it is important to emphasize that the resolution of these problems can be greatly accelerated knowing this cause.This is the reason for the analysis of the impact of the culture of guilt in solving IT problems and the need for a model to describe it.With the information obtained from various companies and cases of resolution, it has been possible to obtain the expected benefit of using this model that ultimately results in a reduction of costs for companies.The present work demonstrates the importance of 6 factors in promoting honesty ("stick and carrot", shame, gender effect, guilt, money and fear).It has been possible to estimate the maximum reduction of resolution times in IT problems by 70%, applying the culture of guilt.Finally, it offers a model that allows to manage the culture of guilt in a simple and inexpensive way.
