Abstract
El mantenimiento centrado en la confiabilidad (RCM) es un procedimiento técnico que permite mejorar un plan de mantenimiento ajustándolo a las condiciones operacionales del equipo o sistema en cuestión.Uno de los sistemas que presenta continuas perturbaciones al servicio de transporte de pasajeros en Metro S.A es el sistema de puertas de los trenes. En primera instancia se definen los componentes del sistema de puerta del tren NS93, objetos de este estudio, luego se realiza un análisis lógico funcional del sistema para definir las funciones de cada componente.De acuerdo a criterios definidos por el equipo de trabajo, se determinan los componentes críticos que serán sometidos al análisis AMFE.
The reliability centered maintenance (RCM) is a technical procedure that allows the improvement of a maintenance plan by adjusting it to operational conditions of the concerned equipment or system.One system that has continuous disturbance to passenger service in Metro S.A. is the train doors system. First, the components of NS93 train door system are defined, object of this study, then a logical functional system analysis is performed, to define the functions of each component.According to criteria defined by the working team, the critical components identified will be subjected to AMFE analysis.
